Effects of different fertilizer enhancers on the growth and development of pepper and rhizosphere soil nutrient in high altitude region

Abstract:Inviewofthelowfertilizerutilizationrateofoff-seasonpepperproductioninhigh-altitudecoldregionsofChina, screeningsuitableenhancersforpepperinhigh-altitudeareas isofgreatsignificanceforincreasing yieldandfertilizer efficiency. Seven enhancer treatments,including 25% polyglutamic acidand polyglutamicacid leopard root powder,were setup,withclearwateras thecontrol.Single-factorrandomizedblockdesign wasadoptedfortheexperiment.Theresults showed that EMbacterial liquid treatment significantly promoted the plant heightof pepper,increasing by 14.04% compared with the control,and had the best yield-increasing effect,the yield was 3255.73kg⋅667m-2 ,anincrease of 35.74% The treatment with plant enzyme organic fertilizer had the highest soluble sugar content in pepper,reaching 0.425% . The treatment with polyglutamic acid leopard root powder had the highest soluble protein and dry mater content in pepper, whichwere 5.34mg⋅g-1 and 8.77% ,respectively.The 25% polyglutamic acid treatment significantly increased theavailable nitrogen,available potassiumand organic matter content in the rhizosphere soil of pepper,which were 87.03mg⋅kg-1 0 152.37mg⋅kg-1 and 4.35% ,respectively,increasing by 11.68% 23.40% and 1.28 percent points compared with the control.Inconclusion,diferenteancesavesigniicantdirencsineirefctsonteagonomictraits,yild,uality and nutrientcontent of rhizosphere soil of pepper.Theresearch results provide abasis for the scientific selectionof enhancers in pepper cultivation at high-altitude areas.
