Abstract:This study investigates the inhibitoryefects of extracts from traditional Chinese herbs on phytophthora blight ofeggplant,aiming toprovidescientific basis fortheselectionandresearchanddevelopmentofbotanicalfungicideof phytophthora blightof eggplant.The efectsofaqueous extracts from31traditional Chinese herbsonPhytophthoracapsiciandPhytophthoranicotianae were measuredby mycelial growthrate method.Theresultsshowedthattheaqueous extractsofdiferentChineseherbshaddifferenteffectsonthemycelialgrowthofthetestedfungi,andtheinhibitionrates was 0-100% .Theaqueous extractsof Coptis chinensis Franch.hadthe most significant inhibitoryeffect on the two pathogens,and the inhibition rate was 100% .The EC50 valuesof the aqueous extract of Coptischinensis Franch.onPhytophthoracapsiciandPhytophthoranicotianaewere 1.063mg⋅mL-1 and 1.286mg⋅mL-1 ,respectively.Thisstudy providesa new way and data support fortheprevention and controlof phytophthora blightof eggplant and the developmentof botanical fungicide .

绵疫病为茄子三大病害之一,全生育期均可发生,苗期和成株期均可受害,一般会导致减产 20%~ 30% ,发病严重时损失超过 50% ,主要危害茄果,也能危害叶、茎、花器等部位。(剩余9657字)
