Construction and Operation of Investment Risk Management System for Ski Resort OperatingEnterprises

Abstract：With theprogressofChina's economyand society，theski industryhas boomeddomestically.However， numerous investment risk factors in the market poseaserious threat to thelong-termdevelopment of ski resort operating enterprises.By sorting out investment risks and enterprise risk management frameworks，this paper summarizes therisk factors inskiresort investmentandoperation，andclarifies thesignificance ofestablishingan investment risk management system for ski resort operating enterprises.Furthermore，by comparing successful cases suchas Wanfeng Tonghua Ski Resortand Yabuli SkiResort with failedcases likeAltayAlhai International SkiResortand NinghaiFirst Peak SkiResort，scenarioanalysis reveals thatthe successor failureofskiresort investment is closelyrelated to risk management.Focusing on the operation of the investment risk management system for ski resort operating enterprises，this paper proposes the differentiation of phased risk events，the constructionofaski resort investment risk matrix，and the specificapplication of the investment risk management system.Bydeeply integrating theriskmanagement system intothe entire investment cycleofskiresort projects，it helps skiresort operating enterprises effectively prevent complex and changing operationalrisks，thereby injecting
