Study on the Shaping of Ice and Snow Characteristics in Physical Education Majors of Collegesand Universities in Northern Hebei under the Background of First-Class Major Construction

Abstract：First-class major construction isapowerfulmeasure topromote the connotativedevelopmentof higher education inChina.Forcollgesanduniversities inNorthern Hebei，itisparticularly important topromote the characteristic constructionof physical educationmajors by relying on the Winter Olympic effect and regional advantages.Byanalyzing the policy theoryand corerequirements offrst-class major construction，and centering on the PDCA（Plan-Do-Check-Act） model of“Plan-Do-Check-Act”，this study takes the practical applicationof Zhangjiakou University in shaping the iceand snowcharacteristicsofits physical educationmajorasasample，

and sequentially analyzes the current situation and problemsin the aspectsof planning，implementation， checkand improvement.To promote the innovative development of physical educationmajors in colleges and universities in Northern Hebei，this study puts forward construction paths such as shaping the core competitiveness of first-class majors with ice and snowcharacteristics，buildinga win-win ecology

for thetransformation of iceand snow resources through the integration of industryand education，and driving thecontinuous innovation momentum of iceand snow education with a quality closed loop.By giving play to thevalueatributeof iceand snowcharacteristics in physical educationmajors，this studyaims to helpcoleges and universities in Northern Hebeirealize the constructionof first-class majorsand promote the high-quality development of ice and snow physical education in China.
