Current Situation，Problems and Strategies for the Development of the Complete Industrial Chain of Ice and Snow Economy in Mudanjiang City

Abstract： In recent years，with the continuous boom of ice and snow tourism in Northeast China，Mudanjiang City，asoneofthe“Top10IceandSnow TourismCities”inChina，hasgreatpotential fordeveloping the ice and snow economy.Ananalysis of the current situationofthe development of the complete industrial chain of ice and snow economy in Mudanjiang shows thatthelocal iceand snow tourism formatsare richand vivid，the effect ofice and snow sports is expanding in anorderly manner，themanufacturing of ice and snow equipment is developingrapidlyandtheconnotationof iceandsnowcultureis deeplyexplored.However，there arealsoa series of problems，such as backward infrastructure construction and services，incomplete iceand snow tourism industrialchain，insuficientpublicityand promotion，andashortageof professional talents iniceand snow.In response to these issues，this paper proposes strategies including improving ice and snow facility supporting facilities to enhance service qualityand effciency;focusing on the extensionofthe tourism industry to forma linkageeffect;improving the iceand snow industrialchain to enhance competitive advantages；enriching ice andsnow marketing strategies toexpandpublicity influence；andcultivatingprofessonal iceandsnow talents to ensure humanresource support.By promoting the full development of the complete industrial chain of ice and snow economy in Mudanjiang City，the dividends of the ice and snow industry willbe continuously released，

transforming“cold resources”into“hot economy”and contributing to the comprehensive revitalization and all-round revitalization of Heilongjiang.
