Deconstructionand Leap of Competitiveness of Xinjiang Ski Industry from the PerspectiveofNewProductivity

Abstract：Asone of thecore regions for the development of ice and snow industryin China，Xinjiang should focus onimproving the competitiveness of the ski industry and promoting the constructionof the“Silk Road on Ice”fromthe perspectiveof new productivity.Based on the factor deconstruction of the diamond model，it is found thatintermsof thecompetitivenessof theskiindustryinXinjiang，therearedual gamesbetween natural resourceendowments and industrial shortcomings，anopportunity window for market expansion and consumption upgrading，collaborative breakthroughs in equipment manufacturing，transportationand logistics，and integration of sports and tourism，dual challenges of homogenization dilemma andregional imbalance，and development opportunities driven by the superposition of policy dividends and market forces.Based on this，a“SWOT

Diamond Matrix”for the competitiveness ofXinjiang's skiindustry is constructed.It is proposed to promote theupgradingof factor endowments through cultural digitization and flexible talent strategy，promote thefissionofmarketdemandthrough cross-border expansion and hierarchical experience value，assist thereconstruction of industrial collaboration through equipment breakthroughsand low-carbon supply

chainupgrading，drive the transformationof enterprisecompetitionandcooperationparadigm through intelligent standardsanddatagovernance innovation，andensureinstitutionalsupply innovationthrough the integrationof policyexperiments and geopolitical security.Through theempowermentof new productivity，the competitiveness of Xinjiang's skiindustry willachievealeap，thus transforming the ice peaks and snow-capped mountains in the snow-covered border areas into the“gold and silver mountains”for high-quality development.
