Research on the High-Quality Development of Ice and Snow Sports Tourism Industry EmpoweredbyDigital-Physical Integration

Abstract：Against the backdropof accelerated industrytransformation in the new era，integrating theadvantages of the digital economy with the needs of the real economy helps promote thequalityupgrading of the ice and snowsports tourism industry.Byanalyzingtheempowerment mechanismofdigital-physical integration for the iceandsnow sports tourismindustry，this study finds that in termsof technological empowerment，thedigital foundationreconstructs theindustrialoperationmodel;invalueco-creation，itachieves scene-based value-added throughvirtual-real interaction;andininnovation-drivendevelopment，digital technologies promoteparadigm changes.However，the empowerment process is also faced with practical constraints，including the dilemma of infrastructure adaptation caused bythedecayof digital facilities'effectiveness，the disconnection in scene construction resulting from the asymmetric matching between technological supply and industrial demand， thehumancapital fault triggeredbythedigital skillgapamong traditionalpractitioners，anddataassetbarriers triggeredbyinstitutionalconstraints inproperty rights definitionand value transformation.This paperproposes

practical paths suchasoptimizingfacilitydigitization and operation and maintenance management， constructing digital application scenarios for the ice and snow sports industry，enhancing practitioners’ digitalskillsandtalentreserve，andestablishingdata managementandvaluetransformationmechanisms. Byleveragingdigital-physical integration，it aims to promote the comprehensive improvement of the

competitivenessandatractivenessofChina’siceandsnow sports tourismindustry，achieving higher-quality development globally.
