Abstract:Double-mixed fine powderadmixture toprestressd concreteismore widelyused in bridges,butthereare some doubts about its mechanicalproperties.Basedonthe similaritytheory,ascaled-dow model girderof1:5wasmade,andthe concrete strength gradewas C5O,loaded with ahalf-sine wave constant stressatafrequencyof5Hz,and2 millonfatigue loading cycles werecarriedout,toanalyzethebendingfatigueperformanceof the model girderwithdiferent dosages doubledoped fine powder.Theresultsshowthatthereis nofatiguecrackinthe model beamafter2milionfatigueloading cycles,the fatigueperformanceisstable,thedestructiveteststrengthdoesnotdecreasesignificantlyafterthefatiguetest,thestaticstre performance is stableafter fatigue,andthedopingoffinepowderhasanobviousimprovement efectontheconcrete beam. Among them,below2O0,OOO cycles,the strainof double-doped finepowderconcrete beams increasedrapidly,and the

bending stiffessdecreasedrapidly.After more than 2Oo,OOOcycles,therateof strain increases,andtherateof bending stiffness reduction slowsdown significantly.Comprehensiveanalyses showthatalldouble-mixed fine powderconcretebeams exhibit good flexural fatigue performance, which is worth promoting in engineering.
