Abstract:Toenhancetheemphasisontheeficientutilizationof granite powderandsustainableenvironmentaldevelopment, thestudyexplorestheimpactofgranitepowderonthepropertiesofcompositecementslurryconsistingofmineralpowderandfly ash,as wellastheperformanceoftheresulting C3Oand C5Oconcrete.Theresultsshowthat when the granite powderis mixed into 1:1 mineral powderandflyash,the fluidityof cement slurry reaches the maximum when the granite powder is mixed with (204号 10% ,and the fluidity of slurry decreases rapidly when the granite powder is mixed with more than 30% .The influence on compressive strength of 28 day cement mortar is the largest when 30% is added,and the influence on flexural strength is relatively small. When the composite admixture of 15% granite powder is applied to C3O and C5O concrete,the newly mixed concrete hasgoodworkabity,nosegregationand bleeding problem,theappearanceofconcreteissmooth,andthe 28day compressive strength increasedto 36.7MPaand56.8MPa.Thecarbonation depth testshows thatanapropriateamountof granite powder can effectively improve the carbonation resistance of concrete.

花岗岩作为一种常见的建筑材料,花岗岩石材经打磨、抛光等工艺处理时产生大量废弃石粉,这些花岗岩石粉若未能得到及时有效的处理与利用,可能堆积成山,占用土地资源,污染环境[1]。(剩余10573字)
