Abstract:Withthe increasing numberofstel structures,the problemofvoidscaused bytheshrinkageofconcrete inside the steeltubeconcrete structure hasalwaysbeenachaenge intheengineeringfield.ThisstudyreliesontheY-shapedsteeltube columsoflargecommercial buildings in ChangpingDistrict,Beijing,andoptimizes the mix proportionofsteeltubeconcrete by selectingrawmaterialvarieties,adding high-performanceexpansionagentsandhigh-qualitymineraladmixtures,andusing retarding waterreducers.Aseriesofoptimizationdataforthemixproportionofsteeltubeconcretehavebenobtained.Theresults show that when the dosage of expansion agent is 8% ,the workability of concrete is excellent and meets the requirements of steel tubeconcrete pouringconstruction;Thefree expansionrateandrestricted expansionrateofconcreteinaclosed statereach their maximu at7daysandtend to stabilizeat14days.Theexpansion valueofconcretecanresist theshrinkageofconcrete,and the comprehensive performance of steel tube concrete is optimal.
