Abstract:To evaluate thechanges inseismic performanceofbuilding structures under soil-structure interaction,anumerical calculation model wasestablishedusing the finiteelement method,takingaspecific enginering projectasanexample.A seismic simulation shaking table wasconstructedtosimulateandanalyzekeyresponseindicatorssuchasthe interlayer displacementangle,horizontal structural forces,andmaximumshearforcebornebythefoundationofthebuilding structure underseismicexcitation.Theresultsindicatethatundersoil-structure interaction,assoil stifness increases,theinterlayer displacementangleof thebuildingstructuredecreasesfromthesttothe5thfloor.Additionaly,withtheincreaseinfoundation bearing capacity,thehorizontal displacementof thebuilding structureexhibitsadownwardtrendunderlow-frequency,midfrequency,and high-frequencyseismicwaves.Undertheconditionsof transverse waves,longitudinal waves,andsurface waves,the maximum shear forceatthe baseofthe building structure first increases and thendecreases as the seismic wave velocityincreases.Theresearch findings provideanimportantbasisforoptimizingtheseismicdesignofbuilding structuresand enhancing their overall performance under soil- structure interaction.
