Abstract:Inordertoefectivelyreducethematerialcostofultralightfoamconcrete,threediferentgradesoflyash,GradeI, Grade and Grade $\mathbb{I l}$ ,were used to replace the high belite sulphoaluminate cement in ultra light foam concrete equally,and thephysicalandmechanicalpropertiesofdiferentgradesofflyashunderdiferenreplacementratesofaltralightfoamconcrete weretested.Theresultsshowthat theaditionofflyashcanfurtherreducethedrydensityandthermalconductivityofultralight foamconcrete,playingagodroleinweightreductionand heatinsulation,reduce thestrengthof ultralightfoamconcrete, while increasing the shrinkage deformation;When Grade II flyash is used and the substitution rate is 15% ,the mechanical propertiesofultralightfoamconcretearebeter,withdrydensity,specificstrength,thermal conductivity,tensilebond strength and 28 day shrinkage values of , 1276.6N?m/kg , 0.0791W/m?k ,0.128 MPa and 2.93 mm/m. 0 引言

建筑领域的能源消耗占到了总能源消耗的 40% 以上,尤其是混凝土和红砖的生产消耗了大量的不可再生资源,而且传统混凝土和红砖并没有起到良好的保温隔热效果,在此背景下,有必要推行节能建材和新型墙体材料[1]
