Investigation and analysis of wild plant resources in Saihanba Mechanical Forest Farm

AbstractTo deeplyunderstand the wild plant resources in Saihanba Mechanical ForestFarm，this study adopted the methodof typical sampling combined with field investigation tosetup12 sample lines inthe natural forests of this area，and investigated the composition of wild plant speciesand the types of rareand endangered plants there.The results showed thatthe wild plant species in this area were relatively rich，with atotal of 183 speciesbelonging to 122 genera and56families.Angiosperms dominatedinvegetationclasification，withatotalof176speciesbelonging to116 generaand 51families.Interms of lifeforms，herbaceous plants accountedforthelargestproportion，with atotalof 134 species belonging to 86 genera and 39 families，making up 73.22% of the total species.The dominant families of wild trees were Rosacea，Betulaceae and Pinaceae;thedominant families of wild shrubs were Rosaceae and Caprifoliaceae; and thedominant families of wild herbaceous plants were Asteraceae，Ranunculaceae，Rosaceae and Liliaceae.This area was home torareand endangeredforestand grasslandresources，including the second-class national keyprotected wild plant Cypripediumgutatum.In Hebei Province，12 speciesof wild plants were protected，including Acanthopanax senticosus，Papaver nudicauleandPrimula maximowiczi.Thisstudy providesareference for theconservationof plant diversity and the construction of the ecological environment in forest farms.
