Abstract：StrengtheningXinjiang'sculturalconstructionisanimportantpartofbuildingasocialistculturewithChinesecharacteristics，anditalsoprovidesideologicalguidanceandaction gudelinesforbuldingasocialistcuturalpower.Byprofoundlygasping theconsciousnessoftheChinesenationcommunityinthenewera，improving theculturalsoftpowerof Xinjiang，strengtheningthe culturalself-onfidenceofXinjiang，metingtheculturalndsofthepeople，promotingtecreativetransformationandiovative developmentofXinjiangculture，andcontinuingthevalueimplicationof Xinjiangsredblood，itisfurtherproposedtostrengthenthe leadershipofthepartyinthenewera，upholdtheguidanceofsociaistcorevalues，promotethehigh-qualitydevelopmentof Xinjang'sculturalidustrytrengtentedigitalmpoweentofXijangsulturalconstructionndimproethetreatmntofXinjiang'stalentteam.Bydeeplyexploringthevalueimplicationandpracticalpathof Xinjiangsculturalconstructioninhenewera， thispapercancontribute more wisdomand strength totheconstructionofasocialistculturalpowerand promotethecontinuous development of socialistcultural undertakingswith Chinese characteristics.
