Abstract: Underthe strategic guidanceof thenew development patern of "dual circulation",the museum cultural andcreative industryasaeylinkconectingculuralinheritaneandeconmicgowth,sfacingaistoricalopportunitytotrafofro sourcedependenttoinnovationdriven.Thissudyisbasdonthetheoreticalframeworkofculuralonomics,integratingalueha analysisandexperienceconomytheorytoconstructaninovativemodelof"three-levelculturaldevelopment-four-dimesional scentrigeringualcycleollborativempoweent",systematiallconstructigteitealmanisofulualc transformingintoeconomic value.Through mixed researchonfirst levelmuseums suchasthe Palace Museum and DunhuangAcademy,thisstudyreveals the"socialcultural"dualwheldrivingmodelintheconsumptionbehaviorofGenerationZ,providing newevidenceforsolvigteprobofuluraldisouts.Inesponsetothepraccaldiffultisofinsufcentcollaboraioninedustrialchainand marginalizationofsmallandmedium-sized museums,theinnovationpathdesigniscompletedthrough fourpartssupply sideinovationmodel,demandsidetriggringmechanism,industrialchaincollborationsheme,anddualcirculationcoction strategy,toprovidetheoreticalparadigmsandpracticalblueprintsforpromotingculturaltradefrom"goingout"to "going in".
