Abstract:Inthecurrenteraofrapiddevelopmentofinformationtechnology,thedigitalwavehassweptthroughtefieldofacademic joumals.Thewidespreadaplicatinofdigitaltechnologyhasbroughtaboutsignificantchangesintheediting,publsingnd diseminationmodelsofacademicjournals.However,thischangehasalsobroughtmanychalengestocademicjournaleditors,and howto cope with thesechallngeshas becomeanimportant issethatacademic journaleditors urgentlyned tosolve.This paper conductsanindepthanalysisoftechalengesfacedbyacademicjoualeditorsintedigialraincudingtechnologicalapication,contentgtaddesales.Isspeates tivessuchashancingtechnicalcapabilities,optimiingcontentqualityxpandingcommunicationchannels,andstrengthegpro fessionaldevelopment.Thestudyaimstoprovidereferencesforacademicjoualditorstoadapttothedigitaleraandpromotethe sustainable development of the academic publishing industry.
