Research on Class Culture Construction in Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Occupational Culture Symbiosis

Abstract:Inresponse toprevalent chalenges in vocational scholclasscultureconstruction,suchasmisalignedconcepts,suspendedactivities,andfragmentedcompetencydevelopment,thisstudyproposesaclosed-loopframeworkof "vocationalculturegene decoding-culturaleducationscenarioreonstruction—systematiccultivation".Byintegratingenterprisenichetheoryintoducational contexts,theresearchaistoresolveheualdilemmasofculturalinferiortyandskillanxietyamongvocationalstudentshiledvancingthedeepintegrationofclassculturewithindustryecosystems.Employingmixedmethodsincludingliteratureanalysis,surveys,andactionresearch,thestudydesignsculturaleducationscenariosgroundedieducationaleologyteory.Thefindingsdemon stratethatclassulureonsrctionrotedinvocatioalcultursbiosisachevesdualbecivs:strengheingprofessnalidetity andfosteringvocatoalcharacterTisapproachprovidesteoreticalandpracticalframeworksforcultivatingtechnicallsildtalents who embody both craftsmanship spirit and cultural confidence.
