Research on mental toughness and entrepreneurial willingness ofcollege students

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo analyze the current situation and relationship between college students'mental resilienceand entrepreneurial intention.MethodsA total of309 colege students in Jilin Provincewassurveyed with psychological toughness listsand entrepreneurial willingnesstables.ResultsTheirtotalscoreof psychological toughness was （75.9±5.4） ，and their total entrepreneurial willingness was （36.4±9.0） .Therewasno significant difference in mental toughness in terms of genderor whether they weretheonlychild in family.There was no significantdifferenceinentrepreneurialwillingness intermsofwhethertheyweretheonlychild infamily，butfemale collge students showed significantly higher entrepreneurial feasibilityand entrepreneurial tendency than male students.Thetotalpyhologicaltoughes，nterpersoalssistne，ositiveogition，motionalcontroldaget concentration dimension had a significant positive correlation with entrepreneurial willngness.ConclusionThe mentaltoughness ofcollege students needs tobeimproved，and theirentrepreneurial willingness isattheupper middlelevel.Femalecollge students haveamorepositiveunderstanding oftheentrepreneurialfeasibilitythanmale students.Thepsychological toughnessand entrepreneurial wilingnessofcolegestudentsarepositivelycorrelated. Thehigherthelevelofinterpersonalsistance，positivecognition，motionalontrol，andargetfocus，theigere levelofentrepreneurial willingness collge students have，and themore likelytheactual entrepreneurial behavior will be produced.
