【Abstract】ObjectiveTo explore the relationship among fitness App,exercise identity and exercise behavior,andto further testthe mediatingroleof exercise identity between fitness Appand exercise behavior. MethodsA questionnaire survey was conducted among 490 college students who used fitness App.The questionnaire includedtheFitness App Usage Scale,ExerciseIdentityScale,andthe International PhysicalActivity Scale (Short Scale). Results ① The use of fitness App was positively correlated with exercise identity (r=0.58, P<0.01 ).The use of fitness App was positively correlated with exercise behaviorsas well (r=0.62,P<0.01).Exercise identity and exercise behaviors were also significantly positively correlated (r=0.51, P <0.01). ② Exercise identity mediated the relationship between fitness App useand exercise behavior,and the percentage of mediating ffctof exercise identity is 22.32% .ConclusionUse of fitness App not only directly promotes college students' exercise behaviors,but also indirectly takes effect by enhancing their exercise identity.
