Introduction of LIANG Bo's Experience in Treating Constipation of Qi and Yin Deficiency Type by Methods of Nourishing Yin，Moistening Dryness，Tonifying Qi， and Strengthening Spleen

Abstract：This paper introduces LIANGBo's clinical experience in treating constipation of qi and yin deficiency type bymethods of nourishing yin，moistening dryness，tonifying qi，and strengthening spleen.Director LIANG Bo believes that treating constipation should notsolelyrelyon purgative medications；it is essntial toaddress both he branch and the root cause，treating the root and branch simultaneously.Therefore，the comprehensive approach of nourishing yin，moistening dryness，tonifyingqi，and strengthening thespleen is employed.This involves theoral administration of Yiqi Runchang Soft Extract combined with catgut embedment inacupoint.Catgut embedment in acupoint activatesspecific neural pathways，promotes intestinal peristalsis，and improves intestinal function，thereby addressing the branch.Meanwhile，theoral administrationof Yiqi Runchang Soft Extract fundamentally addressing the rootcauseofqi andyin deficiency by nourishing yin tomoisten dryness，tonifingqitostrengthen spleen.The combinationof these two methods notonlyquickly allviatessymptoms but also sustainably improves the patient's constitution，achieving both symptomatic and root treatment.
