Introduction of FAN Guanjie's Experience in Treating Exogenous Febrile Diseases by Syndrome Differentiation Based on Variable-Stable and Sequential Thinking

Abstract：The article is to introduce ProfessorFAN Guanjie's clinical experience in treating exogenous febrile diseases by syndrome diferentiation basedon variable-stable and sequentialthinking.ProfessorFAN Guanjie believes thatitwillaffecttheclinicaleffctandresultinlimitationsandone-sidedness if itistoadheretoasinglesydrome diffrentiationand treatmentsystem of exogenous febrile diseases.Guided bythevariable-stable and sequential thinking，which emphasizes holisticand dynamic perspectives，he advocates analyzing etiologyand pathogenesis throughsyndrome diffrentiation.Healso identifies constraint heat as thecorepathogenesis of exogenous febrile diseases.Bydiscerning pathological trends，his therapeutic strategy focusesonunblocking stagnation，guiding treatmentaccording todisease progresion，dispeling pathogens whilereinforcing healthyqi，which isaconciseand efctive syndrome diferentiationandtreatmentthinking forthediagnosisandtreatmentof exogenous febrilediseases.
