Introduction of YE Liqun's Experience in Treating Polycystic Ovary Syndrome of Liver Depression and Kidney Deficiency Type Based on State-Targeted Theory

Abstract：Thisarticle introduces Professor YELiqun'sclinical experience in treating polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS）of liver depresionand kidney deficiency type based on state-targeted theory.The state-targeted theory integrates the macroscopic regulation of Chinese medicine with the microscopic precisiontreatment of modern medicine，emphasizing comprehensivecontrol of the disease.ProfessorYE Liqun believes thatPCOSof liverdepression and kidey deficiencytype primarily involves liver depresion stateand kidney deficiency state.The treatment should focus onregulatingqi movementand tonifying the kidney.Additionaly，through the menstrualcycle regulation method， targeted prescriptionsand medicationsare selected according to diferent stages of the patient's menstrual cycle.This precise treatment addresses both the symptomatic and root causes，improving clinical symptoms and biochemical indicators such as hyperandrogenism and insulin resistance in patients with PCOS of liver depression and kidney deficiency type.
