Abstract：Thisarticle introduces Professor LILiqiang's clinical experience in treating pediatric spleen-related diseases.ProfessorLILiqiang believes thatthe primary cause of spleen-related diseases in children is the insufficiency of thespleen and stomach，further exacerbated by external factors suchas the six exogenous pathogenic factors and irregulardiet，leading to spleenand stomach damage.This results inthe disorderofqi movement，dampness retention， food accumulation，and liver-spleen disharmony，which may eventually affect other organs over time.Professor LI emphasizes thatdiagnosisand treatmentshould alignwith thephysiologicaland pathological characteristicsofchildren. The treatment principles include strengthening the spleen and regulating qi，eliminating dampness and promoting spleen function，aiding digestion and relieving food stagnation，and harmonizing the liver and spleen.

李力强教授为广东省名中医，全国第七批老中医药专家学术经验继承工作指导老师，从事临床与科研工作40余年，擅长治疗脾胃肝胆疾病，崇尚《黄帝内经》《难经》《伤寒论》《金匮要略》等中医经典，结合临床实践，总结出调畅气机、辛开苦降、肝脾同调、寒温并用等法以治疗脾系疾病，李力强教授在脾系疾病专科门诊中小儿患者亦众多，形成诊治小儿脾系疾病独到见解，现就李力强教授在小儿脾系疾病诊治中的思想及用药经验进行整理总结，介绍如下。（剩余8190字）
