Abstract：This article presents Professor CHEN Xinghua's clinical experience in treating menopausal syndrome using the Lingnan mind-regulating and conception-promoting acupuncture technique.Professor CHEN Xinghua identifies the pathogenesis of menopausal syndromeas kidneydeficiency withadverse rising of thoroughfare vesseland disharmony between physicaland mental states.Based onLingnan regional characteristics，hecombines JIN's threeneede technique with this specializedacupuncture method to tonify liver and kidney，regulate thoroughfare vesseland conception vessel，strengthen spleen and stomach，and stabilizeemotions.The treatment protocoltypically selects Baihui（GV2O）and Shenting （GV24）points to calm the mind，combinedwith yin three-needle technique [Guanyuan （CV4），Guilai （ST29），Sanyinjiao（SP6） points]， Qihai （CV6）point，the four gates （i.e.，LV 3 and LI 4），and Tianshu（ST25）point to regulate visceral functions，achieving comprehensive regulationofboth physical and mental aspects.
