Abstract：Withtherapiddevelopment ofmodern information technology，suchasbigdataandartificialintelligence，thetraditional budget management model can notadapttothechangesinthe newera，which hinders the high-quality development of higher education.The construction and promotion of integrated budget management is aifurther deepeningof budget system reformatthe nationallevel in universities，with the aim of usingsystematic thinking，information technology，and intelligent support todrive the standardization， scientific，and normalizationof budgetmanagement.Eachuniversityshouldseizetheopportunitiesandchallenges brought bytheintegrationof budget management，promotethe deepening of governancemechanismreform，and enhance the governance capacity and management efficiency of the school.This paper expounds the background，connotation and necessityof budget management integration，analyzes and discusses the influence of budget management integration onuniversity governance，and puts forward some pertinent measures， hopeto provide some reference and reference.
