Researchon Science and Technology Resource Alocation and Innovation Performance from the Perspectiveof Innovation Ecology:Based ona Segmented FunctionModeling

Abstract:Theproblemof S&Tresourceallocation has become oneof thekey factors restricting thedevelopmentofS&Tinnovation,anditisnecessarytothink systematicallyabouttheimpact ofS&Tresourceelements oninnovation.Based onthe perspectiveof innovation ecology,asegmented function modelisconstructed to studytherelationshipbetween project densityand innovation performanceasaffectedby different scientificand technological resourceelements andsimulations arederived through numerical assumptions.The results showithat:First,the model can better simulate the optimizationof research project densityand inno vationperformanceunder theactionofdifferent scientificandtechnological resources;Second,Withina certain rangeofresearch projectdensity innovation performance be affectedby the main scientific and technological resource elements under the effect bioconcentrati0 andthe nnovation performance valuewil bedetermined by the unctio ments den: ientificre searchprojectschanges,theinnovationperformancewil beaffectedbydifferentscientificandtechnologi cal resourceelementsand will not remain unchanged.Corresponding suggestions are made to better help policy makers implement effective S&T resource allocation strategies to improve innovation performance.
