Abstract：Asthe basicprincipleofour civillaw，the green principlestipulated inArticle9of the Civil Code provides green guidance forthe conduct of civil subjects.The application pathof green principle can be analyzedthrough the analysis of judicial cases.Accordingtothelogicof law application，it canbe summarized into three paths：the applicationof identifyinglegal norms，the application of analyzing case factsandthe application of perfecting judgment conclusions.In the process of application of green principle，therearesomeproblemssuchasunclear connotation，which hasacertainimpactonitsapplication.In ordertopromotetheapplicationofthegreenprinciple，weshouldinsistontheclear connotationof the provisions，formulate strictapplication stepsand establishatypifiedcase system.Atthe sametime，the conclusionof the applicablepath shouldbe based onthe continuous improvement and development of judicial practicetomeettheneeds of social development.
