Research on the Cultivation of Study Tour Guide Talent under School-Enterprise Cooperation

Abstract：This study explores effective strategies for cultivating study tour tutors under the context of school-enterprise cooperation，aiming to optimize the qualityof study tour educationandenhance tutors’ professional competencies.Byanalyzing thedevelopmenttrends of the studytour marketandapplyingthe Analytic Hierarchy Process（AHP），anevaluationsystemfortutorcultivationwasestablished，andtheweightof eachindicatorwas calculated.Theresults indicatethat professional ethicsand moral qualities are the key factors influencing the qualityof study tour tutors，with professional ethics ranking thehighest inimportance.Additionally，professional knowledge，school-enterprisecooperation support，andlifelonglearning abilityalso play significant roles in tutor cultivation. Based on these findings，this study proposes improvement measures such as strengthening professional ethics education，optimizing professional knowledge training，depening school-enterprise cooperation，promotinglifelong learning，and enhancing safety management.A systematic talent cultivation framework can effectively improve tutors' teaching abilities and practical guidance skills，providing strong support for the sustainable development of study tour education.
