Abstract：This paper analyzes and discusses the connotation and relationship between the United Front in theneweraandthemodernizationofhigher education governance.They haveinternal similaritiesintheways oftheparty‘sleadership，subjectdiversificationandcollaborativegovernance.Atthesametime，theyare alsodialecticalunity.TheUnitedFrontisanimportantsourceof strengthandaneffectivepathfor themodernizationof higher education governance，Themodernizationof higher education governancereacts tooptimizethestrength oftheUnitedFront，theycomplement each other，jointly helpingtorealizethe Chinese Dream.
