The Mechanism and Optimization Pathways of Digital Inteligence Empowering the Primary Prevention RoleofPolice Stations

Abstract：The primary prevention roleof police stations isan important part of comprehensively deepening publicsecurity reforms，enhancing public safety governance，and improving the social governancesystem. Basedonthe analysis framework of"integration-interaction-participation，"the mechanismof digital intelligenceempowermentoftheprimary preventionroleof policestationsis mainlymanifested in threeaspects. First，it promotes the integration mechanism ofloverall intelligent governance within public security organs.Second，itfosterstheinteractionmechanismoftwo-waycooperationbetweenpublicsecurityorgansand other government departments.Third，it enhances the participation mechanismto increase the enthusiasm of publicparticipation.Inpractice，however，digitalintelligenceempowermentoftheprimarypreventionrole of police stations faces real challenges，including insufficient internal data sharing withinpublic securityorgans，animperfect cooperationmechanismbetween policeandother governmentdepartments，and inadequatetechnical literacy among grassroots police officers.Therefore，itis necessary to continuously fo cus oninternaldata sharing，buildinginteractivecooperation mechanisms，and improvingthequalityand capabilities of police officers，To enhance the primary prevention effectiveness of police stations.
