Abstract:To further enhance the competitivenessof125Vdeep-wellseamlesstubes,thecontentof Niand Mo elements inthe original material 26CrMo44 was reduced.Asystematic analysis wasconductedonthehardness,strength,and impact resistance oftheseamlesstubes before andaftercompositionadjustment.Byoptimizing theheat treatment proces,35CrMo一 1 seamless steel tubes meeting the product performance standards were successfully produced,and significantlyreduced production costs.
