Abstract：To further enhance the competitivenessof125Vdeep-wellseamlesstubes，thecontentof Niand Mo elements inthe original material 26CrMo44 was reduced.Asystematic analysis wasconductedonthehardness，strength，and impact resistance oftheseamlesstubes before andaftercompositionadjustment.Byoptimizing theheat treatment proces，35CrMo一 1 seamless steel tubes meeting the product performance standards were successfully produced，and significantlyreduced production costs.
