Abstract:Withtheimplementationofthenationalultra-cleanemissionrequirementsbymajordomesticsteelenterprises,the ultra-cleanemissiontransformationofsteelenterprises hasbeenunderwayforfiveyears,and moststeelenterprises have completed theultra-clean emision transformation.However,thetechnologiesand process routes forultra-cleanemission transformatiovary,leading todiffrenteffects.Toughtheastoperatioresultsofconverterdustremovalemissionsnsteel enterprises,itcanbeconcludedthatamong variousconverterdustremovaltechnologiesand processroutes,not everyprocess meets therequirementsofultra-cleanemissions forconverterdustremoval.Therefore,basedonthecurentdrydustremoval technologyandprocessforconverters,thispaperdiscussesandstudiesthefulldrydustremovaltechnologyandprocessroute forconverters,andexplores theimplementationandapplicationofnewtechnologiesand processes inaspetssuchasultra clean emisions,energyconservationandemissonreduction,andreductionofresource waste.The fulldrydustremoval ultra-clean emission technology will have more advantagesand is worthyof research and promotion.

0前言
目前我国转炉干法一次除尘技术及工艺路线众多,主要有湿法、半干法和干法三种除尘工艺,烟囱出口颗粒物排放浓度要稳定低于 10mg/Nm3 需经过煤冷前置、放散侧嵌入精除尘等工艺调整,且高温烟气经过喷淋从 800~1000∘C 降至低温无节能工艺,热能损失较大,回收煤气因含水或水蒸气量大,而热值降低。(剩余6807字)
