Researchand application of rapid determination method for calcium fluoride in fluorite

Abstract:Theclasicalanalysis methodoffluoriteistofilteroutcalcium fluoridefromcalciumcarbonateextracted by dilute aceticacid,decompose itwithhydrochloricacidandboricacid,andthentestthecontentofcalciumfluoridebyEDTA volumetricmethod.Thismethodhashighaccuracy,uttheanalysisperiodislong,anditisdificult toadapttotheprouction neds.Therefore,according totheactual situation,animprovedfluoriteCaFassymethodwasproposed,whichusedmixed acidofboricacidandhydrochloricacidtodissolveand determinethecalciumcontent,andusedcalcium indicatortoreplace the mixed indicatorofcalcein,thyme phenolphthaleinand anhydrous potassium sulfate.Theresults were fast andaccurate, and the analysis time was about 0.5h :

萤石(Fluorite)又称氟石,具有降低难熔物质的熔点、促进炉渣流动、使炉渣和金属很好分离、在冶炼过程中脱硫脱磷、增强金属的可煅性和抗张强度等特点,在钢铁工业中主要用于转炉或电炉炼钢的造渣。(剩余3514字)
