Determination of phosphorus and titanium in ferromanganese by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry

Abstract:Asdeoxidizerandalloyadditiveinsteelmakingprocess,thequalityofferomanganeseaffcts tequalityofsteel directlytoalarge extent.Sofastonthecomplementary elements inferromanganese isparticularlyimportant,bystudying the useof inductivelycoupledplasmaatomic emissionspectrometry (ICP-AES)determinationof phosphorus inmanganese iron andtitanium,inmeasurement processfactors thatmayaffectthe measurementresultof the experiment,the precisionand accuracyoftheactualsamplestested,theoptimumdeterminationconditions wredetermined,inordertotest theaccuracyof theresults,thematrix matching method isusedtoeliminatecoexisting element interference.Theresultsshowthatthe method of inductivelycoupled plasma atomic emissionspectrometryfordeterminationof phosphorus andtitanium inferonganese is simpleand fast,withlow detection limit,small standard deviationand high accuracy.
