Abstract：Inindustrialsectorsschasmetallurgyfoundry，andmetalprocesing，igtemperaturemotenmetalatios constituteacritical productionstage.However，these processes carrinherent hazards—including severe burns，explosions， andfires—thatposesignificantthreats to workersafetyandoperational integrity.With expanding productionscalesand increasinglycomplex industrial processs，moltenmetaloperationsnowdemandmorerigorous safetymanagementprotocols. Asafoundationalcomponentof industrial manufacturing，themechanicalcasting industry involves multiple high-risk procedures.Asystematicapproach—identifying keysafetyrisks ateach stage，analyzing rootcauses，and implementing a targeted tripartitestrategyof technicalsafeguards，managerialoptimization，andemergencypreparedness—cansubstantially reduceaccidentrates incriticalcasting processs.Thisframeworkofersboththeoretical gudanceandpracticalsolutionsfor industry-wide safety management.
