Abstract：Hot-rolled H-sections are the main material for steel structure buildings，and their application in such constructions is graduallincreasing.Thisarticle introduces theproductionandapplicationof hot-rolled H-sections，as wellas the backgroundoftheGB/T11263-2O24 standard.Italsodetailstherevisions made tothestandardandprovides recommendationsforitsimplementation.
