Abstract：Industrial standardization is thecore engine drivingthe industry towards high-qualitydevelopment.It playsa crucial roleinunifyingproductionstandards，improvingqualitypromoting industrialsynergy，andenhancing interatioal competitiveness.Nowadays，global industrial standardization isshowing a significanttrend towardsAIand intelligence. Although China has achieved a series of results，it stillfaces many challengessuch as lagging standardupdates and insuficient discourse poweronthe international stage.This studyproposes an industrial standardization implementation path of "government guidance，enterprise leadership，and industrycollboration"through in-depth case analysisanddetailed datasupport.The research results indicatethat industrial standardization must closely align with the practicalneeds of industrialupgrading，making standardizationthe vanguard forceleadingthequalityrevolution，therebyhelpingtheindustryto steadilymove forwardontheintermational stage andsmoothlycompletethemagnificenttransformationtowards high-quality development.
