Abstract:Alloys are crucial in metalurgy,with testing accuracy being akey lab evaluation metric.Their diverse compositionand complex testing processes involve sophisticated chemical and instrumental analyses,generating extensive data.Given this complexity,Six Sigma's DMAIC methodology (Define,Measure,Analyze,Improve,Control)canenhance testing effciency.Thisstudyleverages Minitabforbigdata analysis,proposingSix Sigma to improvealloytestingtimeliness.
