Research on the properties of HRJY1 stainless steel material for high-temperature reactors

Abstract:Thisstudyexploredtheperformanceof HRJY1stainless steel forhigh-temperaturereactorsunder simulated high-temperature conditions.Through mechanical testing,metallographicanalysis,SEM(Scanning Electron Microscope) observationsandenergy dispersive spectroscopyanalysis,thequalitycontrol measures fortherawmaterial wereoptimized. Theresults indicatedthattheformationof precipitatesunderprolonged high-temperature exposureadverselyafected the material'stoughnessByadjustingthecoling mediumandcolingrate,theperformanceofHRJY1stainlessteelrawmaterial under simulated high-temperature conditions wasoptimized,thereby enhancing the level of quality control.
