Research on the properties of HRJY1 stainless steel material for high-temperature reactors

Abstract：Thisstudyexploredtheperformanceof HRJY1stainless steel forhigh-temperaturereactorsunder simulated high-temperature conditions.Through mechanical testing，metallographicanalysis，SEM（Scanning Electron Microscope） observationsandenergy dispersive spectroscopyanalysis，thequalitycontrol measures fortherawmaterial wereoptimized. Theresults indicatedthattheformationof precipitatesunderprolonged high-temperature exposureadverselyafected the material'stoughnessByadjustingthecoling mediumandcolingrate，theperformanceofHRJY1stainlessteelrawmaterial under simulated high-temperature conditions wasoptimized，thereby enhancing the level of quality control.
