Relationship Conflicts Among Stakeholders and High-Quality Development Pathways of China's Professional Volleyball League

Abstract：Thecodinationandoptimizationof themultiplestakeholderrelationshipof China’sprofessionalvolleybal league is the keyto promote the profesionalized and marketized reformand high-qualitydevelopment ofthe league.Based on the stakeholder theory，using the methodsofliteraturereview，logical analysis，field surveyandexpertinterview，this paper systematically identifies the main stakeholdersof China’s professionalvolleyballeague，and sortsoutthe interest demandsand motivationsof variousstakeholders in detail.Basedontheconstructionof the stakeholderrelationship framework，thispapersystematicallyanalyzes thestakeholderrelationshipconflictofChina’s profesionalvoleybal league，andputs forwardthe high-qualitydevelopment pathways.Itshowsthattherelationshipconflictsamong the stakeholers ofChina's professional voleyballeagueare manifested in fourcore conflictsresult inthe lack of efective integrationof multipleinterestdemands，non-fluent informationtransmisionandcognitivebias，thecentralizationof power andthe imbalance of power allocation of decision-makers and imperfect legal system and frequent policy adjustments. Accordingly，thispaperputs forward thehigh-qualitydevelopment pathways from fouraspects： to builda diversified cooperation platform，toopenupcommunication bariers and information channels，to improve the league match system and foreign aid policies and to improve the legal and policy system.
