Generative Mechanisms and Supervision Paths of Professonal Sports Operation Risks in China

Abstract：The precise control of the generation and supervision of operation risks in profesional sports in China is conduciveto acelerating theconstruction of a benign ecology for the high-qualitydevelopment of professional sports.By usingthe methodsof literaturereviewandlogicalanalysis，thispaperanalyzestheconcept，characteristicsandformation mechanisms of the operation risks of profesional sports in China，and puts forward thesupervision paths.Itsuggests that theoperationalrisksin China’sprofessional sportsexhibitavarietyofcharacteristics，including theinterweavingof endogenous andexogenous factors，thecoexistence of diversityandcomplexity，theconcurent occurrenceof high frequency and suddenness，aswellastheco-occurrenceof impactandhazard.Moreover，therisks in professonalsportsaredrivenby the dynamiccoupling of risk factors and their mechanisms of action.Accordingly，the supervision paths are proposed from the perspectiveof holistic governance：Aiming at the prominent characteristicsof professional sports operation risks，the principled supervision should be implemented asa whole;Focusing on the key elements of profesional sports operation risks，penetrating supervision shouldbe implemented acurately; Controlling therisk mechanismsof professional sports operation，the whole processsupervisionshouldbe implementedscientificall;Mobilizing the enthusiasmof multiple subjects of professional sports，responsive supervision should be implemented comprehensively.
