Construction of Symbiotic System for Promoting Adolescents’ Physical Health： Directions，Motivations and Pathways

Abstract：Promoting the physical health of adolescents is acrucial measure for advancing the construction of sports power and healthyChina inthenewera.Thisstudyadoptsthemethodsofliteraturereviewandlogicalanalysis，basedonthe theory of symbiosis，with symbiotic units，symbiotic models and symbiotic environments as anchor points，to construct symbiotic system forpromoting adolescents’physical health.From three dimensions of subject construction，model transitionand environmental optimization，this studyclarifies the evolutionary trajectoryof symbiotic system for promoting adolescents’physicalhealthtransitioningfromsingular topluralistic，fromdiferentiatedsymbiosis toreciprocalsymbiosis， andfromclosing toopening.So it is necesary to stimulate development driverssuchas benefit drivers，demand drivers and technological change drivers，providing sustained power supply for the evolution of the symbiotic system.Accordinglythe practical pathwayssuch ascultivating diverse andcollaborative symbioticunits，innovating mutuallybeneficial symbiotic models，nd creating openand superior symbiotic environments are proposed to provide actionable solutions for promoting thesymbiotic developmentof adolescents’physical health.
