Study on Dual Governance of “Village Series" Sports Events in China

Abstract：This studyuses the methods ofliteraturereview and field investigation to elaborate the“village series”sports events inChina from theperspectiveof dual governance.It mainly analyzes thedilemmas and operation mechanisms of dual governance in RcountyandE prefecture astypical cases，and further proposes practical strategies，which purpose is to providereference for constructing new governance models of rural sports events. It suggests that there are some actual dilemmas in dual governance of“village series”sports events in China，such as incompleteorganizational coordination system，weak mobilizationabilityof talents insportsevents，andpoorconnection inserviceguarantee chains insports events.Therefore，some operation mechanisms are built，such as the organizational coordination mechanism from simple autonomy to bureaucraticco-governance，the talent mobilization mechanism fromregional aggregationresources tocrossdomain mobilization resources，andthe event service guarantee mechanism from moderate patrol to the legal governance. Accordingly，the practical strategies areproposed tobuild theorganizational collaborative structurecharacterizedbycountylevelcoordination，multi-participationandrural response;toestablish the event employment networksof single leading， double-ended paralelismandcontinuous integration;and to develop the event guaranteeschemesof eficientrelations， contract engagement and synchronous scheduling.
