[Abstract]Psoasisisalonglasting，inflammatoryandrecurrtskinconditioninfluenedbyriousfactors.Itfruently occursalongsideseveralcomplications，including metabolicsyndrome，cardiovasculardisease，andpsoriaticarthritis，with metabolicsyndromebeing the mostclosely linkedtodisorders in lipid metabolism.Thispaper thoroughlyexamines lipid metabolismdisodersinebloodepidermisndaiposetissuefpatientswithpsorasisandalyzesthesocatedigaling pathways.Adeeperunderstandingof the mechanismsunderlying lipid metabolismdisorders inpsoriasis holdssignificant clinicalimportane，asitmayuncovernew therapeutictargetsandfacilitatetheadvancementof efectivenovelmedications.
