Multi-parameter MRI imaging distinguishes mass-like invasive breast cancer with one lesion and without skin invasion and metastasis background and fibroadenoma*

[Abstract]Objectie:To explore the features of mas-likeinvasivebreastcancer(IBC-ML)withone lesionand without skin invasion,lymph nodesordistant metastasisandfibroadenoma(FA).Methods:Thedataof39casesofIBC-ML whounderwent enhanced MRIexaminationinNantong Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January2016toJune2O2 werecollcted. All ofthem wereconfirmedbypathologic.Tedataof31casesofFAduringthesameperiodwerecolected,allofthemonly hadonelesionandwereconfirmedbypathologictooThediferences inmorphology,MRIsignalcharacteristics,thetypeof timeintensitycurve(TIC)andotherfeatureswerecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.Results:Therewasnostatisticalysignificantdifernceinthelocation,distributionquadrant,presenceorabsenceofcapsule,cystictransformationornecrosis,the signal characteristics of T2 weighted imaging(T 2 WI) and diffusion weighted imaging(DWI) between the lesions of two groups(all P>0.05 ).Therewerestatisticallysignificantdiferenes inthe shape,boundary,presenceofburrs,calcification,thickeningof thesupplyingarteries,thesignalcharacteristicsofTweightedimaging(TWI),thedegreeofenhancementinthefirstpaseof enhanced scanning,and the type of TIC between the lesions of two groups(all P<0.05 ).The average maximum diameter of the lesions in IBC-ML waslarger thanthat inFA,theaverage apparent diffusioncoeficient(ADC)valueof IBC-MLwas lower than that in FA(all P<0.05 ).TheAUCs to diagnose IBC-ML by irregular lesion,unclear boundary,presenceof burs,low signal intensityonTWI,signficantenhancementinthefirstphase,andanon-inflowtypeinTIC,combined withpredictiveprobabilitywere060,0.31,.833,0.639,.867.849,nd0.97,espectivelyConclsion:Theirgularsape,uaro ary,presenceofurrs,andwithsignificantenhancementinthefistphaseofenhancedscan,aswellasanon-inflowtypein
TIC arehelpful indistinguishing betweenIBC-MLinthe withoutskin invasion,lymph node,distant metastasisandFA.The combination of multiple indicators can improve the diagnostic efficiency of differentiation.
