[Abstract]Objectie:To analyze therelationshipbetween the lymphocyte tomonocyteratio(LMR)andtheSYNTAX score I (SSII)forclarifing thevalueofLMRintheearlyassessmentof theseverityoflesions inpatients withacutecoronarysyndrome (ACS).Methods:1267patientswhounderwentcoronaryangiographyatthe DepartmentofCardiology,the SecondAffiliated Hospitalof NantongUniversityfrom December2O22 to November2O23 werescreenedforthis study,and385patients with confirmedACSwerefinallyincluded.Basicinformation,bloodroutine,biochemical,cardiacultrasoundandotheridicators werecollected from the enrolled patients,and ssI andtheinflammatoryfactorratio werecalculated.Patientswere divided into two groups according to median for the low group( n: :192)and SS 11>27.2 for the high group( n =193). After statistically analyzing the two sets of data,the correlation between LMR and ssI was analyzed. Results: (1)Age , gender, historyofdiabetes,historyofsmoking,BMI,WBCcount,absolute lymphocytecount,absolutemonocytecount,absoluteneutrophilcount,triglycerides,platelettolymphocyteratio,LMR.Thedieencebetweenthetwogroups wasstatisticallsigificant(all P<0.05 ) (2) Using significant factors from univariate analysis as independent variables and SSI grouping as dependent variables,amultivariate Logisticanalysiswasconducted.BMI,smoking history,absolutelymphocytecount,andLMcanbe considered as independent influencing factors on SSII grouping. (3)According to ROC curve analysis, the AUC of LMR was 0.701 (95% CI: 0.649-0.753), P <0.001,indicating that LMR can be used to predict SS I.The optimal critical value of LMR was 2.964,with sensitivity and specificity of 54.40% and 80.21% ,respectively. Conclusion: LMR is an independent influence on thegrouping of SSII.LMR has some aplication for early predictionof the severityof the disease in patients with ACS.
