[Abstract]The incidenceof breastcancer is increasing year byyearand the age of onsettends tobe younger.The malignant probability of breast imaging reporting and data system（BI-RADS）4 lesions has a wide s pan（2%-95%） ，adefinitive pathologic diagnosiscanonlybe made bybiopsy，resulting insomeunnecessarybiopsies.Inrecent years，manynewtechnologies haveemergedinthefieldofbreastultrasound，suchasultrasonicsuperbmicrovascularimaging，contrast-ehanced ultrasound，utomatedbeastomeaner，icopure，etectndrasodbseddioicsthiques，ichproide morediagnosticinformationandimprovethedetectionrateoflesions.Thepurposeof thisarticleistoreviewtheaplication valueof newbreastultrasoundtechniques inthediferential diagnosisof benignand malignant breast masses inBI-RADS 4.
