数字经济时代地方高校大学生就业优化研究

摘要：数字经济的快速发展为地方高校大学生就业带来机遇与挑战，为了缓解企业需求与高校人才培养不匹配导致结构性矛盾，地方高校应利用区域优势，优化数字课程体系，加强校企合作与技能认证，以提升毕业生就业质量，破除就业障碍。

Research on Optimizing Employment of Local College Graduates

in the Digital Economy Era

Abstract： The rapid development of the digital economy presents both opportunities and challenges for the employment of local college graduates， leading to structural contradictions due to the mismatch between enterprise demands and university talent cultivation. Local colleges should leverage regional advantages， optimize digital curriculum systems， strengthen university-enterprise cooperation and skill certification， in order to improve the employment quality of graduates and alleviate employment barriers.
