Abstract： This paper delves into the challenges and strategies for addressing artificial intelligence algorithms in personal information protection， highlighting the obstacles posed by their complexity and opacity to the implementation of traditional protection principles. It proposes strategies such as incorporating user profiles into protection measures， strengthening algorithmic principles， legislatively recognizing rights， enhancing risk prevention， and clarifying responsibilities， aiming to strike a balance between AI development and information protection， and foster a responsible AI ecosystem.
