摘要：近年来，人力资源管理工作面临新的形势和挑战。为顺应时代发展趋势，必须积极探索人力资源管理工作新思路、新方法。该文分析了人力资源智能化平台建设与应用的意义，提出了人力资源智能化平台建设的目标和主要功能，并探讨了人力资源智能化平台建设的具体实施方法。
